Meet the Massage Therapist

Sara grew up here in Norfolk and graduated in 2003. Upon graduating with an Associates Degree in Business Management: Entrepreneurship in 2006, she moved to Lincoln where she continued pursuing a higher education in business and worked in management. After working in the business world she realized she was looking for a profession in which she would be able to help people on a more personal level. In 2009 Sara enrolled at the Myotherapy Institute where obtained her Associates Degree in Massage Therapy.

Sara studied many different techniques and modalities and now offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Deep Tissue/NMT. These are but a few of the modalities she learned, so keep an eye out for an expanding offering of different massages, spa treatments, and Ayurveda treatments.

Sara lives in Norfolk and has two wonderful sons Anton and Deakon. Sara enjoys cooking, spending time with her boys and traveling.
